ABOUT PSYCHOLOGical THerapy 



​Sometimes talking to a professional can help us during difficult periods of our lives - it can help us make sense of things, feel less alone, and find ways to move forward. 


As a clinical psychologist, I endeavour to work with you to understand what is going on that has led to you seeking help. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in order to identify unhelpful patterns and coping strategies that might be contributing to your distress. We can then start the process of change using a supportive and compassionate approach.

Schema-Focussed Therapy
