As a clinical psychologist, I endeavour to work with you to understand what is going on that has led to you seeking help. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in order to identify unhelpful patterns and coping strategies that might be contributing to your distress. We can then start the process of change using a supportive and compassionate approach.
